A Medical QiGong session is a holistic approach to addressing physical, energetic, and spiritual disharmony. I assess and target your blockages by clearing and correcting energy deviation and stagnation to assist you out of unhealthy patterns at their root. The first session is always the longest as we break the ice, get to know each other, and build our trust. Usually, by the 3rd session, you are most relaxed as you become familiar with my energy and the sensations and effects you feel during and after your treatment. 3-6 consecutive (weekly) sessions are most common for those eager to shift out of current or ongoing unwanted patterns and life situations. I will provide you with tailored Qigong exercises consisting of posture, breath, and movement to ensure the effects of our session are prolonged well after our time together. Think of me as a "gardener" or "soul landscaper," ultimately in service to help pull out your weeds so that you can learn and landscape yourself with time!
What happens during the session?
During the session, you will lay on your back on a massage table, and I will have a light sheet over you up to your shoulders. I will begin to clear your three bodies (physical, energetic, and spirit body) of any stagnation and treat the five main organs (lungs, heart, liver, spleen, and kidneys...) by purging, tonifying, and regulating the energy. The appointment time duration is around 60 minutes; 15 minutes at intake, where we talk, 25-30 minutes of active energy work on the table, and 15 minutes post the treatment to ground you, listen to your experience, go over my observations, and give you tools to integrate with.
What will I feel during the session?
It is common to fall in and out of sleep during the treatment, which is normal and a good sign as your body is relaxed enough to fully take in the healing energy at work! Some more common things you may experience are; tingling sensations or subtle twitching throughout the body, intermittent coughing, a mild heavy sensation on the chest (usually a calm blanket feeling), a change in breathing pattern, interesting visuals or visions, etc., etc. Everything felt or experienced during our session is confidential, normal, and accepted as we work together to clear and unwind stagnation.
Is a remote session better or different?
The only difference between an in-person and a remote session is the physical setting in which I treat you. The process is all the same, and the effects are equally as profound remotely as in person. I love face-to-face interaction and always love seeing my clients in person; however, your distance does not interfere with the quality of my ability to treat you.
Avoid any stimulants, food, or liquids 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after our session to ensure optimal results!
Before laying out your tarot spread, I tune into you like a TV to a channel. During these brief moments, I have my eyes closed and begin to see a series of images or "reels" that allow me to understand where you've been and what you've been doing. After establishing a connection with you by confirming the visions I'm picking up, I move into your questions and tarot spread, which organizes the information I receive into the best options and course of action for you.
You're welcome to interject with questions at any moment, and I will often pause to ensure you're following along, so no worries! If we are having an in-person reading, I usually include a palm reading in combination with your tarot spread. Tarot cards are optional; your reading can be done without them if preferred.
Please come ready with questions to navigate your own reading. Curiosity is beautiful; however, I am a rootworker, meaning I will likely tune into your current major life blockages and their roots. If I tap into you without your direction, revelations may stir and bring potentially strong emotions and sensations to the surface. There is no right or wrong way to show up! Trust that all that is talked about and revealed is done so in its Divine way and timing.
Please allow yourself proper integration of the information with reflection and journaling post-session.
I choose to primarily work with the living (in conjunction with your Guides) and occasionally will get loved ones that connect through in sessions. Though it can be a beautiful thing to communicate with a loved one, I firmly believe it is essential to focus on the now and today to bring you to your best potential for tomorrow. If you are specifically looking to connect with a loved one who has past, I recommend you to seek out a Medium who dedicates their profession to this.
I don't offer recordings, but I encourage all of my clients to record our sessions or arrive with a pen and journal to walk away with the most out of the reading. I channel precisely and provide many details that can naturally slip from the memory as time passes. Recording and taking notes during the reading will ensure you don't forget important information!
A golden tip I always recommend; the more specific you are with your questions, the more specific my answers and information will be! Take your time prior to our session to clear your mind and write down on a sheet of paper the most pending questions or subjects that come up.
Some example questions will be those that allow room for elaboration such as:
- "How do my finances look in the next 3 months?"
- "I want to move, is it in my best interest to do so now or wait?"
- "I've started a new relationship, how does it look?"
Don't ever sell yourself short in a session. Your receptivity is where the true magic resides. The more relaxed and open you are, the easier my Guides and your Guides are able to connect and communicate with me to deliver your information with ease. You are here for a reason, that's already magical on its own, now time to let the river flow! Take a deep breath and trust that you were guided to this session for a purpose.
I can not emphasize enough the importance of integration after a session. Give yourself at least an hour after our reading to fully bask in the experience and information that was just poured into you with love. Return to your sheet of paper and write down the key things that stuck out to you during the session and any additional notes/thoughts. Allow yourself to experience any emotions that may come up and focus on just feeling and expressing in a loving and kind matter to yourself. Journal, journal, journal! Don't let our session be in vain and soak up the most out of this powerful experience. A funny little thing happens while journaling (on paper) our recollections where our brain has the time to slow down between each letter, word, and space. We're able to connect the dots in detail and can often times get to an "Ah-ha!" moment.
